Summer Recap & Fall Leadership

Paris Je T’aime

Since our last update, so much has happened! This summer we hosted our outreach here in Paris called Paris Je T’aime. We had 40 missionaries from around the world join us to pour into the city for 10 days. We held open-air events, daily evangelism times, and morning training sessions. God moved powerfully during this time! Here are some stats from the 10 days of outreach: 73 salvations, the Gospel shared with 1,301 people, 16 healings, and prayer for 488 people.

National Conference

In August, our campus had the privilege of hosting YWAM France’s National Gathering. There are seven campuses in France, and we all came together for one week to fellowship, seek God, grow together, and reflect on the past year. It was so encouraging to connect with other missionaries and be reminded that we are not alone in impacting France for Gods kingdom growth.

In September, we had our annual missionary retreat—a time for our campus to build connection and hear the voice of the Lord together for the coming year. It was a beautiful time of relationship, celebration, and seeking God for what’s ahead.

Leadership School Squad

Since then, we’ve jumped into a full and busy Fall quarter here at YWAM Paris. We currently have three different mission schools running: an entry-level missions training school, a School of Biblical Studies, and a leadership school. Jacob is helping lead the leadership school, and he has been working hard since the beginning of October. His role includes facilitating different aspects of the school, mentoring several missionaries who are participating as trainees through weekly meetings, grading for assignments, and overseeing the finances of the school.. He also had the opportunity to teach in the School of Biblical Studies on the book of 2 Timothy. Megan is serving the missions campus through the café, hospitality, and by handling the weekly ordering of food for the 70 missionaries here. She also helps cover larger campus events when needed.

Thank you all for following along on our journey here. Please be praying for unity and provision for all the missionaries we work with. At the end of December, the missions training school will be sent out to the nations for three months! This will be an incredible time of bringing the Kingdom of God to some unreached areas (North Africa & Japan). Please pray for the team as they continue to grow and prepare for their outreach

There has been an outpouring of miracles, salvations, and healings through our campuses ministry. There has been a greater openness and receptiveness to the Gospel and we are so grateful to be apart of it.
